Activities on Men’s Weekend include:
Golf, rock climbing, a beautiful lake with canoes and kayaks, volleyball and corn hole. We will also have Saturday afternoon seminars on different topics for you to attend.
Golf: We have opportunities for golf on Friday morning and Saturday afternoon. Select that if you want more information about playing either of those days.
Speaker: Eric Bucci
We are excited to have Eric Bucci from Cornerstone Church in Cheshire, CT speaking with us. Eric has been pastoring Cornerstone Church for 20+ years and has a passion for discipleship and God’s Word. Eric and his wife Sandra have children: Luke, Hannah, and Matthew.
The retreat starts on Friday, September 27 at 8:00 PM with our first session in the chapel. There is a cookout from 6:30-7:30 PM for those who arrive earlier. The retreat ends around 11:30 AM on Sunday morning.
Once you sign up, we will get you a lot more details about directions, where you are staying, what to bring, etc. Look for those emails to start coming in September.
Pricing
- $189 Chalet or Granite Rooms (Includes linens, towel, pillow, and blanket. Guaranteed either a lower bunk or queen-size bed [3-5 guys in these rooms])
- $169 For a normal room (Rooms hold between 4-10 guys with a bathroom located in the room with some in bunk beds)
- $149 For a cabin (space heater & walk to bathrooms)
- $110 Stay offsite at a hotel or bed & breakfast (Recommended hotel: Click here)
LINENS: Linens are only provided for those at the $189 price. If you sign up for the $159 or $139 price, you will need to bring your own sheets/sleeping bag, pillow, and towel.
SCHOLARSHIPS: If you are in need of a scholarship to attend, please email retreat@blackrock.org to get a separate registration form for the retreat. We would love for you to still attend, but we need you to complete a different form.
