Production Director (Full-Time)
Black Rock Church is seeking a dynamic Production Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our production ministry. This role is essential to ensuring our weekend services, special events, and ministry gatherings are executed with excellence while supporting authentic worship experiences for our community.
The Production Director is responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and shepherding volunteers across audio, lighting, video, and graphics while creating sustainable systems and workflows for communication, planning, and service execution. This role includes maintaining and overseeing production equipment and technical environments, collaborating closely with pastors and the worship director to plan weekly services, and providing leadership to production staff and volunteers. More than a technical expert, this person is a team builder and ministry leader who develops people, fosters spiritual growth, and creates a healthy, scalable production culture that supports the mission of the church.

Audio Coordinator (Full-Time)
Black Rock Church is seeking an Audio Coordinator to lead and develop our audio ministry across all church environments. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality audio production that enhances worship experiences and supports our mission of connecting people to God and each other.
The Audio Coordinator is responsible for training and equipping volunteers to operate audio systems effectively, building consistent, high-quality production across all environments. This position involves supporting all live audio across church services and events, including Sunday services, worship environments, kids ministry, and special events such as weddings, funerals, and prayer gatherings. The role requires developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio systems across multiple environments including Front of House, audio monitoring, and broadcast systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
